ClosePlan by People.ai is a Customer Revenue Optimization app that’s 100% native to Salesforce.
Relationship Maps are org charts that map the engaged contacts within an Account or Opportunity. With Relationship maps, sales reps can visualize the entire buying group, draw lines of influence between them, and build stronger strategies around buyer alignment, account planning, or opportunity execution.
Organizations that sign up will receive 25 free seats of ClosePlan’s Relationship Maps with an additional 40 ‘view-only’ licenses.
Users assigned Relationship Map seats will have the ability to create, update, and share maps. Users assigned ‘view only’ seats will only have the ability to view already created maps.
Both Relationship Maps and View Only seats are completely free.
In order to get started, the Salesforce Admin will need to sign up above.
Once an Admin has signed up, they’ll be taken through an onboarding wizard to download and install the ClosePlan app within their Salesforce environment.
